The move into specialty care from Included Health puts it in rare company: >It has deep roots in specialty care from Grand Rounds Health's virtual second opinions >It offers integrated virtual care through Doctor On Demand's on-demand visits for both physical and mental health >It's one of the largest care navigators in the country by member count >It's grown a nationwide network of 4,000+ specialists and collaborates with over 40 health systems (not to mention a seriously well-rounded partner ecosystem) Few orgs have the resources / scale / track record to try and coordinate the same breadth of offerings (e.g. Teladoc, Transcarent), and even fewer are diving into the deep end of specialty care. The health industry is like any other industry in many respects..... There is certainly a lot of information and choice out there! There are some incredible Practitioners of all approaches and modalities and some brilliant programs. My advice is to find one that resonates with you and that you are grounded on. This in itself can take time. We are regularly contacted by folks in a similar position to Claire.
