Creating the Leeds and Grenville Child Care and Early Years Service Plan (2024-2028) was only the first step in ensuring high-quality programs/services for families in our community. Now the real work begins as we collectively move to implementation and focus on the five foundations of quality identified in our plan: Leadership, Workforce, Pedagogy, Governance, and Operations.
