Coming back to the familiar world with new knowledge and strength can be challenging, as it often requires us to reshape the life we left behind. On the Road Back, we may face new obstacles—resistance from others or doubts from within. Yet, this phase is essential, as it allows us to bring our experiences full circle, not by reverting to the past, but by integrating a new perspective into our everyday lives.?? ?? ??? ???#herosjourney12stages?????????? ???????????

So it's 1st of June , we have so far utilized 42% of the year, What do you make of your personal assessment and evaluation? We all have goals right? Do we all get time to assess and evaluate our progress? Have we not thought about it yet? ?? okay, so far some are progressing very well, some are not doing well while others nothing tangible or visible is materializing. And to the later group it's kind of not a good time to smile but i'm here to encourage us borrowing James Clear's words in his book ~Atomic Habits. "Goals are good for setting a direction, but systems are best for making progress. A handful of problems a rise when you spend too much time thinking about your goals and not enough time designing your systems...". Back to my question; We all have goals right? Do we all have systems in place to take us to our destination? If you tick right these two questions then you are on the right track and you are soon hitting through that "plateau of latent potential" no matter how it looks like right now press on! Keep Moving. You're winning on every attempt btw because you don't stop trying again. Do not give up. Remember to carry good intentions at all times ??. HAPPY NEW MONTH ??

Venture out beyond what irritates you and you’ll enter into situations that empower you. Learn to see past what frustrates you and begin to uncover what drives you. Beyond what worries you is the realm of what inspires you. Go beyond what frightens you and you’ll engage in experiences that strengthen you. Seeing the good in life is a matter of looking beyond the distractions, frustrations and disappointments. Beyond what is superficial, fleeting and negative, you’ll connect with what has substance, what endures, what truly matters. Go beyond your first impression. Look beyond the surface. When it feels that the whole situation is stacked against you, look beyond. Go beyond, and find all the real, positive, enduring value that life has to offer.

Be proud of yourself! As professionals, we often set our sights on the next big milestone or challenge, sometimes overlooking the incredible strides we've made along the way. Today, I want you to take a moment to reflect and celebrate the progress you've achieved, even if it wasn't made yesterday.?The path to success is rarely linear. We encounter obstacles, face setbacks, and overcome challenges.?Each step forward, no matter how small, contributes to your development and skill enhancement. Each hurdle you've overcome has most likely strengthened your resilience and problem-solving capabilities. Celebrating past progress is crucial for maintaining motivation and perspective. Tuesdays Tidbits! Be the best light possible. When you gaze into the mirror, who do you see looking back at you? In any profession, it's often our perception of ourselves that truly sets us apart. It's about the dialogue we have with ourselves in those pivotal moments of decision-making. It's about believing in the person staring back at us in the mirror. That person is not flawless, but they are confident. They acknowledge their imperfections and embrace them as opportunities for growth. They understand that life is a journey filled with lessons waiting to be learned. They're not afraid to stumble because they know it's part of the process. The person in the mirror has the power to change lives, starting with their own. They serve as a beacon of inspiration and guidance for others, showing them the way to self-discovery and empowerment. So, the next time you find yourself face-to-face with your reflection, remember to believe in the person you see staring back at you. We all have that one person who’s been there for us through thick and thin, offering support and encouragement when we need it the most. Whether it was a boss that gave you great advice, a colleague that supported you with a tough project or a mentor that believe in you, we’re looking to create a ripple of support and gratitude. Have you ever gone through a process whereby you felt offended when you were been corrected by someone else? What was the status of the person? Was it your leader or boss of the company? If it was, then how was the tone of their voice when they were correcting you? Was it very good, good, bad or very bad? If you are able to answer all of these questions, then I’m encouraging you today to forget about all the offense, the status, the position, their tone of voice or how good or bad it was and pay attention to the correction alone. Because the words of a person(the correction) is what matters regardless of how it was spoken or said So accept it in humility, and digest it into your heart. The pain will come but take heart, it will soon go. In conclusion, Proverbs 15:31-33 talks about how we accept or reject corrections. And when we accept or reject them, are we helping ourselves or hurting ourselves? Let’s reflect about that today, and choose to accept corrections rather than to reject corrections. Good evening ??
