A common question I get from brand owners and marketing managers that have been burnt by other agencies is: "Well, what makes you different?" Allow me to enlighten you... Apart from the beautiful designs you see before you, I'd like to ask you when was the last time you stayed at a hotel? (bear with me, I'm going somewhere with this) Most of the hotels you've been to have your standard set up, coffee/tea kettle, toiletries, extra towels, maybe a floor towel... Others take it up a notch, they add a mini chocolate or candy on your bed with a personal note and they have conditioners from a trusted brand (Rituals, Nuxe or others). We are none of those mentioned above, because we're the ones that add an extra pair of socks in the drawer and a charging cable for your Apple or Android products. Practicality beats vanity.
