Physicians learn so much from their patients, and vice versa. In this month of Gratitude, we are focusing on gratitude from our members, patients, healthcare providers and associations. Dr. Susan MacDonald is the CEO of Eye Corps - a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing equitable and accessible eye care to underserved communities worldwide. Dr. McDonald has been actively involved in many ophthalmology specialty societies, including Women in Ophthalmology a America Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Dr. McDonald is especially grateful for the patients she provides sight for in Tanzania. “The love I see around me, so many random acts of kindness happening.
