Ask board members to lead discussions or workshops in their areas of specialty, bringing unique insights to the table. 4?? Cultivate a curious culture. Encourage thoughtful questions, debates, and productive disagreement to spark new ideas. 5?? Tie their contributions to outcomes. Continuously connect their strategic efforts to the tangible impact they create for your organization and community. Remember, engagement is never one-size-fits-all. Finding the right ways to involve your board in meaningful, impactful ways is essential to your cause and community.
