??PLAYER ANNOUNCEMENT?? Kicking off the week with more player introductions as we prepare for an exciting season ahead! Please join us in welcoming in these three players to AFC Omaha for 2025. All three bring with them a great amount of experience and skill to make a big impact during this MWPL season. We will be announcing our home venue and releasing our schedule in the coming days! K’Shaun Frazier Kshaun Frazier (Omaha, NE) - K’Shaun is a native of Omaha where he played for the SIMPLE Foundation and Sporting Nebraska’s ECNL team. K’Shaun joins us after finishing his first season at Rockhurst University, where he helped anchor the defense a a center back. K’Shaun is a player who brings a great mindset and work ethic to the club. His combination of intelligence, athleticism and ability to contribute both in attack and defending will have a major impact for our club. We are excited to have K’Shaun holding down our defense this season. Big things ahead K’Shaun! Octavio “Tavo” Miranda Jr.r (Omaha, Nebraska) - Tavo is another Omaha native and was a teammate of K’shaun’s at SIMPLE Foundation, Sporting Nebraska, as well as Rockhurst University. Tavo is a constant scoring threat with his athleticism, work rate, and prowess in the box. Whether it will be getting behind the back line, or combining up top, Tavo will have his part in many of our goal scoring opportunities this season. Could he be a Golden Boot candidate this season? We sure believe so! Jay Sangha (Wolverhampton, England) - Jay Sangha joins as from Wolverhampton, England via Mckendree Univeristy, where he helped lead the school to the 2024 NCAA Division II final four. Jay is an explosive midfielder with great vision for playing the quality attacking passes you expect of a midfielder, as well as the ability to score goals in and around the box. We are excited to strengthen our midfield with this impactful addition to our club. We are excited to have you with us Jay!
