Often we think of spiritual education and mentorship when we think of discipleship, but emotional healing is a crucial part of the discipleship process too. How many people do you know who have struggled in their faith because of the hurt they've experienced? Do you know someone who is hurting or stuck right now? Someone who is struggling with past pain and needs God’s help to understand and move on with their life? Restoring Your Heart (RYH) is a small group discipleship experience that provides a safe place to acknowledge hurts and unprocessed pain. We learn how past pain impacts who we are today and learn that when these hurts come into the light, we begin to heal. RYH is a key part of WDA’s discipleship throughout the world. No matter where we are from, we are all broken. No matter what language we speak, heart issues are the same. Restoring Your Heart groups gather in churches, in homes, and online around the world. The impact is the same: Hope is given. Marriages are healed. Families are reunited. This happens because heart pain is healed.
