Biotest Annual General Meeting approves dividend distribution ? The Annual General Meeting of Biotest AG took place yesterday in Frankfurt am Main. During the meeting, the shareholders of Biotest AG resolved to distribute a dividend of € 0.04 per preference share for the years 2023 and 2022. The resolution on the appropriation of net profit was passed with 99.93% approval. All resolutions on the other items on the agenda submitted for resolution were also passed by a large majority in accordance with the management's proposals. ? Simultaneously with the Annual General Meeting, Biotest published its report on the figures for the 1st quarter of 2024. The Biotest Group reported sales revenues of € 215.2 million, an increase of 83.6 % compared to revenue of € 117.2 million in the same period of the previous year. EBIT for the first quarter of 2024 amounted to € 52.8 million, a significant improvement on the first quarter of the previous year (prior year period: € - 9.1 million). ?
