He feels that it's very important that people who have been adversely affected by Horizon and the #postofficescandal and who are not core participants in the Inquiry, should come forwards and "speak in their own words". It's blindingly obvious that for years (decades even) thousands of #subpostmasters have been too scared or or intimidated to do so because of lack of faith in the system, itself caused by the disgusting and intimidatory tactics of the #postoffice top brass and their lawyers.
