Throughout his eight years at his district using Aeries, Albert has demonstrated an unmatched commitment to students and staff. His expertise and calm demeanor have been instrumental in managing data to reach out to specific groups during crises, ensuring that our learning processes continue smoothly. Albert's dedication goes beyond technical expertise. He is proud that his work helps teachers and students in the learning process, ensuring that the tools they need are always ready to go. His commitment to education and his innovative solutions have set a new standard of excellence in our field. ?For many years, Susan has been an exceptional member of the Aeries family, contributing her expertise and unwavering commitment to the success of students, teachers, and administrators alike. Susan's journey as a staff member at Aeries spans nine years, during which she has held positions as a Support Specialist, Implementation Coordinator, and Trainer. Susan's dedication to her work is truly inspiring. In one of the nominations we received on Susan’s behalf, she was noted as having been instrumental in assisting districts with understanding and setting up Aeries Analytics, ensuring that the data reflected is accurate and useful for school administrators. Her patient and thorough approach to addressing concerns and issues has earned her the respect and gratitude of her colleagues and customers. Her ability to adapt Aeries' functionalities to meet the specialized needs of COE districts has empowered them to better manage their diverse student populations and enhance operational efficiency. Susan's passion for helping our customers see the ease of using Aeries is evident in her work. She has successfully onboarded over 50 school districts and continues to support and share valuable "tips and tricks" with her customers.
