?? Proud to share that our GP team spent yesterday volunteering with GrowGood, an incredible organization dedicated to cultivating community and sustainability! Since 2011, GrowGood has been providing food, transitional employment, job training, and mindfulness-based ecotherapy programs for individuals experiencing homelessness. GrowGood has created holistic nature-based programming purposefully designed to address the grave challenges faced by individuals who are experiencing homelessness by assisting them along the path to stability and self-sufficiency.? Together, we rolled up our sleeves to sift compost, remove mulch, and harvest, while also participating in a mindfulness activity—all aimed at supporting local initiatives that promote healthy eating and environmental awareness. This rewarding experience not only strengthened our team bonds but also allowed us to make a meaningful contribution to a cause we are passionate about. Last week, AEG DEI/GP teamed up with WISE LA to host an incredible event as part of the WISE LA Executive Women of Color Series, celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month!??? ? The event featured an inspiring panel discussion on “Maintaining Your Cultural Authenticity” with an amazing lineup of speakers, including Christy Castillo-Butcher, SVP Programming at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park; Lily Martinez, Designer; and Samantha Fernandez, VP, Partnership Activation at AEG Presents.
