Germany has approved a $20.5 billion investment to build a nationwide hydrogen infrastructure, accelerating the shift to clean energy. The plan includes converting existing natural gas pipelines and constructing new networks to support industrial decarbonization, with a 9,000-kilometer hydrogen grid set for completion by 2032.
