Every time I prepare for interviews, I ask myself what questions will they ask. If you ever do the same, here is a list of 10 Common Interview Questions for Clinical Research Roles (and How to Answer Them) to help you prepare like a pro! ? Can you explain GCP and why it’s important? Break down the essentials of Good Clinical Practice and why it’s the backbone of ethical research. ? How do you ensure patient safety during a study? Highlight the importance of safety protocols, constant monitoring, and patient engagement. ? How would you handle a protocol deviation? Explain the steps to document it, inform the team, and prevent it from happening again. ? Can you describe a time when you faced a challenge in a clinical trial?
