Customer mindsets have changed over time. They We now expect returns to be easy and free in most cases. Why is this Well, a lot of it has to do with Amazon. Amazon has become so big and so prevalent over, you know, the last 5-10 years for that, it's really influenced how. People perceive the online shopping experience should be. Of all people that shop on Amazon, nearly 80% say they do so because of the fast and free shipping, 36% say they do so because of the convenience offered through their Prime membership, and 23% say they do so because they know they will get free and hassle free returns should they want to return something. So these are the cases where you know people are buying a bunch of things, getting them home, trying them on. With the full intent to return at least several of those items.
