Feedback! The most important part of a development process! As industrial designers, solving problems is at the core of what we do. This takes repeated loops of building, testing, gaining feedback, uncovering insights and developing new features, products and experiences to test. We understand this itteration process deeply. But it’s not just designers that learn from feedback. We all should. It gives me immense pleasure and sense of pride to see my sister Emma Duch - head of hospitality at McLaren Racing standing alongside CEO Zak Brown, explaining how they use feedback from Medallia to improve their cars as well as their visitor and hospitality experiences.
