As we approach the end of daylight saving time next month, I'm going to echo this reminder. EDT, CDT, MDT, and similar all specifically stand for whatever *daylight* time, while EST, CST, MST, and similar all stand for whatever *standard* time. So for example, EST and CDT are both names for UTC-5. Normally, this doesn't matter, unless you're interacting with people in Arizona, where they don't observe daylight saving time, so it's always MST, not MDT. Like if you told me a meeting tomorrow is at 10:00 CST, I'm going to assume you actually meant 10:00 CDT. But especially as various countries transition into and out of daylight saving time, it's important to distinguish. For example, if you keep a meeting at 10:00 ET, that means it's moving from 10:00 EDT to 10:00 EST. But if you keep a meeting at 10:00 EDT, that technically means it's shifting to 9:00 EST.

The inclination became so strong.That working towards multimedia seems amazing.That we meet people with the same mindset.Grateful for teachers,mentors and friends who came along the way. It all starts from somewhere they say right mine started with an N95 mobile phone without sim,to kotak reel camera winning in a dance competition.I used to just keep clicking and shooting videos. We talk about 5px to landing up on 4k today. That's how far the story didn't end. Being a student in a class watching someone achieve something you going there and doing things working with them.And they calling you back to work with them on a few projects.Whenever I'm free.Just one call come if you want to explore and experiment.Is immense gratitude and blessed. The idea that stays with you is what excites you whether a Sony PlayStation game, Swat kats,Oswald on Pogo,Clash of Clans,COD,a chess board,playing a sport, running, singing,dancing or nature walks. Competitions doesn't end what matters is what the competition teaches you. What if Charlie Chaplin also had a competition but you never know. That should be your level of curiosity. In 2019, I listened to Brittany Packnett Cunningham give a #TEDtalk on the power of confidence. Confidence gives you freedom to accomplish great things by simply believing you are capable. It is when you dream of something big, create the vision, and implement it, even through uncertainty and fear. Learning the skill of confidence began in 2018 for me, and seeing this TEDtalk, reaffirmed that I was putting effort in the right things, even when it felt uncomfortable. ''Without confidence we get stuck, and when we get stuck, we don't get started" - Britanny P C I love how Brittany puts it in perspective ; to grow confidence, you need permission to create it, community to nurture it, and curiosity to affirm it. In reflection, I feel grateful that daily I get the chance to speak with brilliant people. I get the chance to test and reaffirm my confidence in the kind of value I provide in this space and to push my limits.
