I have been working for Epignosis for 4,5 years and what makes it so exciting is the people I get to work with every day. Everyone has been so supportive since I joined the company and always willing to help, offering advice and learning from one another.
?? Which soft skill does your team excel in?
What would be the one skill you would like to develop this year?
Active listening. My team has been practicing this particular skill a lot; by listening attentively to our customers, we better understand their needs, build strong relationships with them, and address any potential issues that might come up.?
If I were to pick one skill to develop this year it would be effective communication; it can have a big impact on both personal and professional life.
?? What initially drew you to a career in sales?
I started my career as an Account Executive 7 years ago. I enjoy building relationships and sales can provide opportunities for this. It also offers meaningful interactions with customers. It can generally be a good path for career development.
?? How do you typically approach building and leading a successful sales team?
First of all, I believe it is important to know your Team. The personalities, their strengths and weaknesses, what motivates them. You need to foster a sense of trust and collaboration. It is also important to be transparent, set clear expectations, and provide ongoing training, support, and consistent feedback.
