Leadership Training (with a reset and resiliency focus - remote or in person) -- Membership on our platform (with a private company-branded circle for your people and an app so they can engage on the go) -- Regular check-ins to ensure integration -- Closing Keynote and Assessment to measure impact and move your crew into their next steps. Additionally, participants can earn their credentials as a Certified IEP Method Positive Energy Leader, L1 should they choose to. This is one of the best things we've created in our 22 years of leading this work. It combines all of the most important features into one bundled package for ease and impact.
