It was a privilege to welcome Asha Kamal from the Department for Education to Lea Manor Recreation Centre. We are one of nine local authorities piloting the Energise Luton Camps (Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme) in February half term, and very much hope the funding continues for this essential programme ??. ??
