Connect with others: Reach out to a friend or family member, or make time for meaningful conversations to enrich your day. 7. End the day with reflection: Spend a few minutes reviewing what you accomplished and consider how you can improve tomorrow. I practice gratitude when I wake up and right before I go to bed. It helps me focus on the good things in my life. I also journal and reflect at the end of each day. I started incorporating affirmations as well. Seizing the day can be as grand as you need it to be.
