This past week, as part of our #IWD25 commemoration, we transformed #awarenessintoaction through meaningful initiatives that reinforced our commitment to #gender #equality in the workplace. ? A Celebration of Innovation & Inclusion Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the #WomenCommittee, we had the privilege of welcoming Cristina Aranda Gutiérrez, PhD an expert in AI and technology. She shared how diversity is a moral imperative and a catalyst for innovation. Through her talk, we honored the groundbreaking contributions of #AdaLovelace, #HedyLamarr, #MargaretHamilton, and #GladysWest—women whose brilliance has shaped the world as we know it. ?? Recognition That Truly Matters For the first time, we inaugurated a #RecognitionWall at our HQ, where colleagues left over 100 heartfelt ???????? messages of gratitude and appreciation for our female talent celebrating their value. Seeing the board fill was a powerful reminder that #visibility and recognition are essential steps toward equality. ?? Real Stories, Real Impact We also launched our second testimonial video, featuring inspiring women across Accumin, sharing their personal experiences, challenges, and aspirations. More Than Just a Day – A Movement To inspire #continuouslearning, we curated a list of impactful #movies that reflect the journey toward gender equality—because storytelling can spark change. Our celebration was not just in Spain it echoed across our global network: ?? Accumin teams worldwide honored their female colleagues with appreciation events, breakfasts, and team gatherings #UniteasOne) ?? Many of our colleagues wore white symbolizing #unity and #commitment to change. ?? Persch Consult by Accumin filled their offices with red carnations, a tribute to the women who fought for voting rights in 1911. ?? Balkide by Accumin launched a library featuring books written by women, fostering inclusivity and breaking biases. ?? What’s Next?
