Why "Future Fit Scientist (FFS)"? FFS, is the name we put for the flagship career readiness program of the Faculty of Science of NSBM Green University, which has a rationale. Normally, Scientists are subject matter experts in one particular domain. But such role is no more valid interms of what is needed by the world. Becuase, we need scientists to solve problems, may it be in general world or in businesses. To do that the modern days scientist need to be "T" shaped personalties, where they are anchored in a scientific domain and then, expand their horizons in breath of domains related to thier work need. Amanda is currently taking core courses online through eCore and shares that her key to success in the online environment is time management! "I have done my best to stay on top of assignments and knock things out early in the week so I can use the rest of it to study and work on my quizzes, discussion posts, and essays," explains Amanda. "This helps me greatly, as I am simply revising for the rest of the week rather than ingesting new material." Speaking specifically to her HIST 2111 eCore class with Professor Mastopoulos, "The interactive videos are a tremendous way to stay engaged. The chapters are long, and often it is good to use another medium to fully wrap one's mind around the content. Furthermore, the unit study guides have been an excellent resource for me personally, due to the fact that I use them for most if not all of my information for the essay as well as use my notes to create study guides for quizzes." Aboriginal Knowledge systems are valid in their own right!!! We don't need Western knowledge systems to legitimise our knowkedge. So much time, intellectual and emotional energy spent on decolonising Western Knowledges and justifying our Knowkedge - which by default can also affirm the epistemic hierarchy of Western institutions. There is enough space in this world for both Knowledges systems to co exist and draw strength from both. Let's continue to focus on building Aboriginal Scholarship in culturally responsive and respectful ways ie was that are validated by the communities that hold that Knowledge.

Four Australian universities are in the top 10 universities worldwide for having the most top 100 entries across all study areas. Within that top 10 list, two Australian universities beat all other universities worldwide with their number of top 100 rankings across the entire 56 subjects (areas of study) analysed: The University of Melbourne (53 study areas) and The University of Sydney (52 study areas). Three other Australian universities ranked in the top two globally for individual study areas: Curtin University (Engineering – Mineral and Mining); Monash University (Pharmacy and Pharmacology) and The University of Queensland (Sports-related subjects).
