Meet Justin Bowen, one of our Assistant Superintendent / Chief Field Engineers who has been with us for 13 years! Bowen is currently working on Caldwell Hall II at Belmont University, where his wealth of experience and dedication to quality construction will be key to the success of the project. His favorite part of his role is having the freedom to get work done independently, while still working with a group to achieve a goal. In our latest episode of?People Make Roofing, Heidi kicked things off with a question that really hit home: “What do you see for the future of the roofing industry, especially when it comes to bringing young people in?” Peter Horch, President and CEO of Horch Roofing, gave an answer that made us all pause. The shift is happening—people are starting to see that trades like roofing, plumbing, and electrical work aren’t just respectable, they’re essential. And they’re realizing how valuable these careers really are.
