How can disaster scams just be avoided, and what steps can disaster victims and businesses take to protect themselves? It's everything that we're talking about. It's our need to be reactive in a stress situation is profound. We need to fix something, but we also need to understand that when we're reacting to something, we don't have control. So we have to put ourselves in a position of proactive, being proactive, leading with the logical part of your brain when you're reaching out to your insurance company or going to fema.gov or looking at charities versus reacting when someone says it's FEMA and you got free money or it's your insurance company and they just need to collect a little bit more information. It's those things that are coming in at us, those communications. We just have to sidestep those for right now. Yes, they might be legitimate, but we can't trust that they are because the crime is so ubiquitous. O we have to decide. Who we need to talk to and find out the legitimate path to that. And I know that AARP State Office website has a lot of that information. I know that the state of California has a great resource on that. So the information is out there. So you got to go to a trusted source.
