#EventCoordination Yes, even for my #birthday I have a plan laid out - starting with the date and time of the event to time frame for each activity. For my last birthday event, I had a spreadsheet accompanying the event plan because I had to keep track of attendees for a few reasons: 1. To inform the venue so that they could have reserved a large enough space. 2. I created trinkets, and needed an average of how many to make. 3. Catering purposes - though this was an event where everyone took care of themselves with food, we had treats like cupcakes available that required an average. Post event, even though this was meant to be purely fun, I still reflected on what were the highlights and what could have used improvement overall. The #goals for this event were met. A major one being to bring family and friends together, for a reason other than a funeral. What were the trinkets? Seeds in a growing container with instructions on how to plant them- for the theme was 'Let's Grow together' It was a little bit odd for a trinket maybe, but should those seeds grow, we can all look at the plant, (eat the produce) and reflect on the journey.
