Hurricane Helene has devastated communities across the southeastern United States, and Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee all face an uphill battle on the road to recovery. These areas will not be able to rebuild -- and do so with resilience in mind -- without financial support. And now Hurricane Milton is on its way and expected to hit as a powerful Category 5 storm.
