Try this for a high volume quick fire full body workout. - it helps if you have someone doing it with you ?? You just need two Kettlebells and your body weight 100 goblet squats (1kb) 90 butterfly sit ups (bw) 80 Kettlebell swing ((1kb) 70 reverse lunges (bw) 60 gorilla row (2kb) 50 press ups (bw) 40 deadlifts (2kb( 30 up and over leg raises (bw) 20 alt snatches (1kb) 10 Burpees 550 total reps.
