IT Bench Sales candidates (Senior and Junior) required for NJ-US based IT Company A Software Consulting Company based out of Piscataway, NJ is looking for Senior IT Bench Sales & Recruiters who has a desire to succeed, has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. These are REMOTE (work from home) Full Time Positions. Must be comfortable working in EST shift. Responsibilities includes but not limited to: Market the consultants on the bench and schedule interviews on a daily basis for client requirements. Strong communication skills, including interpersonal, written, verbal and leadership skills. Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers. To understand IT requirements of clients and submit qualified consultant’s profile. Willing to grow career in sales field. Required Skills ? Excellent Communication skill ? Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets ? Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills ?
