The Partnership and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) have released the FULL 2023 Best Places to Work in the Federal Government? rankings. The rankings reveal the first increase in federal employee engagement and satisfaction since 2020, with a score of 65.7 out of 100. This year's rankings include 532 federal agencies and agency subcomponents, the most in the history of the rankings and measured employee attitudes in eight workplace categories, including effective leadership, recognition, work-life balance, pay, and support for diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility.
