TNW Conference 2024! What a great event this was! I am still coming to terms after all what happened. Wonderful people, inspiring stories and exciting perspectives for what is about to come in tech. My key takeaways: - AI is the new black. Rather obvious, but the sheer amount of applications of both ML as well as GenAI is staggering. It almost feels as when crypto and blockchain were picking traction. However, many businesses want to leverage AI, but do not know how to do it. Or even worse - they think they implement AI ending up with a glorified chatbot. It is difficult to navigate this space with plethora of solutions on the market and the new ones emerging each day. The right partner in AI development is key to make the right move in the right direction at the right time. - Every starting business is looking for the market fit. But if you want to scale fast and sustainably you have to realize what Daniel Gebler said on the stage: "The question is not about how you find your market fit but how you are going to keep your market fit? You have to keep reinventing yourself to stay relevant on the market." Reality is changing constantly, and finding your fit is not a race with a start and finish line - it's all about being agile and adapting to ever-changing circumstances.
