Today, our Support Center team gathered for a breakfast meeting at our corporate office! ??? Starting with an encouraging message from our Founder & CEO, Dr. Sulman Ahmed, we set a positive tone for the day. It was inspiring to hear insights from both new and tenured team members as they shared their experiences and roles. We celebrated recent wins, discussed growth opportunities, and focused on ways to support our field teams and operations. Bringing our team together like this is always a great chance to connect, learn more about each department, and collaborate toward our shared goals.

??? A huge congratulations to our recent Dental Assistant Apprenticeship Program (DAAP) graduates, honored at a memorable pinning ceremony in Austin, TX! DAAP is dedicated to breaking down barriers and opening doors for individuals to start rewarding careers in dentistry. Over the past year, nearly 100 apprentices have completed paid training, received full credentialing support, and gained a pathway to professional growth. To our graduates: this is just the beginning! We are proud to announce that Dr. Sulman Ahmed, our founder and CEO, has established the Dr. Sulman Ahmed Scholarship Fund, a permanent endowment at The University of Texas at Dallas. This fund will support students in the Jindal School's Young Scholars Program, which serves predominantly underrepresented and first-generation students from underserved communities in Dallas ISD. These students face significant barriers, and this scholarship will provide the resources and support needed to help them succeed. As the keynote speaker at the Jindal School's 2024 Scholarship Breakfast, Dr. Ahmed shared his journey—from growing up in Zimbabwe to building one of the nation's fastest-growing dental organizations, DECA Dental Group. He reflected, "UT Dallas gave me the foundation to build my career and pursue my dreams. This endowment is my way of paying it forward, to ensure future generations of students have the same opportunities I did."
