The new annealing and hot-dip galvanizing line at ArcelorMittal Vega in Brazil has successfully produced its first galvanized coil! This major milestone enhances Vega's capacity for high-strength steel, serving automotive and household industries. The line has an annual capacity of 640,000 tons and combines both annealing and galvanizing processes, producing GI coated, Magnelis? coated (ZnMg), and annealed steel.
