Terminus lays off 15% of staff
Marketing software firm Terminus, once viewed as a "possible unicorn" – laid off 15% of its staff on Thursday, according to a former employee and LinkedIn member. A spokesperson for the company confirmed to the Atlanta Inno the "small percentage" of layoffs are part of a larger focus on "company restructuring." Just last year the Atlanta-based startup raised $90 million – with "potential to reach a $1 billion valuation." In March 2021, the company had about 200 employees, with plans of hiring 50 more. Affected employees were given severance packages and "continued health benefits".
