Nike giving workers the week off
Nike's employees are out of office — almost all of them, in fact. The company's global offices have shut down for Nike's second-ever "Well-Being Week," which gives employees the entire week off without having to dip into their paid time off. Also shutting down are Nike's three manufacturing innovation centers. Retail and distribution workers won't be left out: They'll get a week's worth of paid days off to use when they want, the company says. Nike first shut down for a week in August 2021 ahead of phasing in return-to-office plans for some workers.
- Other companies that have offered a companywide break in the past two years include Hootsuite, Bumble, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Aquiline Capital Partners.

Love this! I could actually use a Well Being Month, but that’s being a little greedy ??????
