lululemon has announced the creation of a Mental Wellbeing Global Advisory Board following findings that only 29 percent of their people have strong physical, mental, and social wellbeing ??
Not a great result by any account and their own admission, but by sharing this and being bold in what they want to do is more than admirable ??
Beyond their own people they have also invested $75 million in their Centre for Social Impact with a goal to impact more than 10 million people globally by 2025 ??
Here is what the council want to do:
1- The Annual Global Wellbeing Report: Support the development, implementation, and analysis of lululemon’s Annual Global Wellbeing Report - if you treasure it, measure it
2 - Employee Mental Wellbeing Offerings: Provide guidance on mental wellbeing offerings and support for lululemon employees.
3 - Centre for Social Impact Initiatives: Offer counsel on lululemon’s Centre for Social Impact practices and initiatives, which focus on disrupting inequity in wellbeing, globally.
4 - Mental Wellbeing Programming: Advise on guest, community, and industry programming and convenings that promote mental wellbeing.
Incredible ambition, I cannot wait to see the report next year and see the progress ??
