Ex-WeWork boss has a new project
The man behind WeWork is now setting up its competitor, WorkFlow. Adam Neumann, cofounder of the famous coworking company, is launching "a more adult version of his former brainchild," reports Bloomberg. Rather than "twentysomethings running amok," the new firm is aimed at a more mature crowd and will offer co-working spaces for residents as well as private offices to rent in buildings under Neumann's real estate company, Flow. Neumann's Miami-based startup was recently valued at more than $1 billion, while WeWork recently exited chapter 11 bankruptcy.
