AI is getting good, and fast

Exponential is exponential - current AI is not your Mom or Dad's "AI". Expansive thinking is required. Imagine that things will get even more powerful and useful in the next five or ten years. (Note: In the article the non tech writer refers to piles of software and systems as "AI" as it was named over 60 years ago. In the software industry we usual call these things advanced computer algorithms of which one kind that uses alot of statistics is call Machine Learning. Those algorithms guess and predict stuff based on inputs and historical data. They are more like complex machines than they are like whatever human intelligence is. Unlike the terms "Cyberspace", "Metaverse", and "Robot", AI was not coined in any science fiction I know of. I could be wrong here but it believe it was coined by an engineer or scientist. Gaining a complete understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) isn’t always easy. There are lots of inaccuracies and myths that skew the reality of AI. It is most definitely going to become a part of our lives in many areas, such as politics, making business decisions, and even the more recreational side of life, like playing?online casino?games or watching films.
