Testing Terms

In addition to the LinkedIn Ads Agreement, which applies to your use of LinkedIn’s online advertising platform and the associated self-serve, auction-based ad services (the “Ad Services), the following terms (the “Testing Terms”) apply to your use of LinkedIn’s Brand Lift Testing, A/B Testing or other test offerings (“Test”). 

The Test is provided “as is” and LinkedIn disclaims any warranty, either express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, freedom from program errors or non-interruption of use, with respect to this Test and any results therefrom. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that You will receive definitive (e.g., statistically significant) results from the Test, and conclusive results are not guaranteed. Relatedly, we may not be able to provide You with a summary following the Test. In such a case, You agree that you shall not be eligible for early cancellation, special discounts, or other alternative compensation.

In no event will LinkedIn be liable for damages of any kind that You may incur as a result of your taking part in this Test and/or acting on survey results and/or not receiving definitive results.
