MEDIATION SERVICE PROVIDERS

 This document describes the mediation service providers that LinkedIn may utilize for the resolution of certain disputes involving customers who have their registered office within the European Union. If LinkedIn determines, in its sole discretion, that engaging in mediation is likely to bring about a prompt and definitive resolution of the dispute, then it will attempt to engage one of the mediation service providers listed below.
