Organize chats
- [Garrick] Zoom Chat provides a couple of options for keeping your chats organized so you can easily find and return to important conversations. So far, I only have two chats here, one with Jess and one with Nick. But as you have more chats with more people, it might take you a while to find the ones that you need to jump into. So for example, let's say that I chat with Nick a lot because we're on the same team, and we're constantly collaborating. I'll roll my mouse over his name, and from this menu, I can choose Star this Contact. That moves him under the Starred category. You can see if I collapse that, his name disappears, but you can see that's where he is now, and that'll make it easier to find him in the future. It's a good idea to move the people you talk to the most into your Starred category. Now, you can also create your own custom folders to organize chats into.
