FAQs and About Us pages
- Did you know that the About Us or FAQ page on your website is often the most visited page? And if you really nail the message in the copy there, you can turn casual visitors into subscribers, buyers, and lifelong fans. But how do you test the copy? Don't worry, I'm not going to say A/B split test. Email offers you the perfect mechanism to test headlines as subject lines, content, and calls to action. Not sure what angle to take on your next product or project or offering? Send three different emails with three different takes on it and see which ones resonate best with your audience. Especially notice which ones inspire people to write you back. And notice, too, the questions they have and the objections they raise. And then address those directly in your copy.
