- [Instructor] Now I mentioned that besides just simply creating a Group Policy Object, that there are other things that need to be done in order for this Group Policy Object to actually serve a purpose in your organization. Alright, and the next step after creating a Group Policy Object would be to do what's called link the GPO to a container of which has objects that you want the Group Policy Object to be having an effect on. I want you to know that basically you can link a GPO to three different types of containers. You can link a GPO to a domain. Okay, so here for instance, we have the landonhotel.localdomain. You can link a GPO to a site. And so if we had any sites, which we don't, we would be able to go ahead and see them here, and then we would be able to link a GPO to that site. And the third type of container that you can link a GPO to, would be an organizational unit. At which we can see within our domain here…
