Personalizing your value proposition is crucial because it shows your prospects you understand their unique needs. After this lesson, you'll be able to craft tailored pitches that resonate with each of your prospect's specific challenges. Value propositions should always be short and simple to understand. To create a personalized value proposition, you will want to sprinkle in unique information or knowledge of that business or client alongside how your product or solution helps them. Imagine you're at a family party and your grandma asks what you do. You know your grandma's level of tech savvy. You know her needs and you know how to help. So keep it simple. “We are X. I know you use Y, and we can help you with Z.” It is important to distill down what you do or why you are calling. In order to do that, you need to ask yourself two questions. What do we do?
