Celebrating shared successes strengthens the bond between you and your client, showing appreciation and fostering loyalty. After this lesson, you'll be able to acknowledge and celebrate achievements in a way that reinforces and strengthens relationships. Surprisingly, celebrating shared successes is not done as much as it should be. You and your client have spent months together on a successful integration that has shown great results. The client is happy. Your boss and company are happy. Everyone is happy. However, in some cases, these partnerships are often given the least priority as they are seen as active or not at risk at churn. Yet these clients should be celebrated and furthermore targeted as they are a treasure chest for growth. Many of my largest upsells have been with clients who are the happiest.
