- Have you ever worked in an environment where it was not always clear who was assigned to care for what? Environments like that can lead to duplicated efforts and confusion in getting work done. To avoid that outcome, we will describe the roles of AI in this video. Successful AI development, implementation, and operation require the assignment of roles and depending on the sides of the organization, sub roles. Depending on the complexity in the organization's position as a consumer or producer, they may take on multiple roles. What follows is a way to check your current structure for gaps, or to begin, if you are just starting your AI journey. This is a sample structure of the stakeholder roles for AI. Let's start with the provider roles. Any technology can be provisioned as a service product or potentially both. This is true of an AI provider role as well.
