- Most likely your journey with Go is just beginning. So I want to leave you with a few next steps. Now let's talk about some of the other opportunities that you can have. First and foremost, you use the language. Find little projects to write that you can use Go as a language for. In my opinion, there is no better way to learn something than by doing exercises with it. That's why I love the challenge exercises here on LinkedIn Learning because it gives you an opportunity to reinforce what you're learning by actually doing. So use the language and you'll grow your skillset. I encourage everybody when they're looking for things to build, to build something that is interesting to you. If you like to play golf, build a program to calculate your handicap. If you like to collect stickers, build an inventory program. It doesn't matter what it is as long as it's something that interests you, you'll find yourself more interested…
