Map your red and green zones

- Now, as you go through your day, you're going to face two types of situations, those that fuel your success and those that sabotage it, and I call these your green zones and red zones. Your green zone is when you're in flow. Your productivity, your mood and energy are at their peak. Maybe it's when you talk to a colleague who always sharpens your focus, or when you engage in activities that make you feel strong and clear. You know, for me, it's my 15 minute morning meditation and going to Gold's Gym in Venice. You know, these are the actions that set me up for success. Now, your red zones, that's when things go downhill, and I mean fast. Like when you're mindlessly, oh, scrolling through apps and those lose track of time, but for me, it's when I delay reaching out to someone or when I don't talk to my daughter.
