- I'm Doctor Britt Andreatta and I'm here to talk about the mindful workday. I'm a leadership coach and consultant. I work with organizations all around the world on how to create the best environments to bring out the best in people and one of the things I have seen in my work is that there's so many opportunities for us everyday to bring our best selves to work and to be mindful about how we show up in the work environment and so this little video series about all the opportunities you have from your commute, to how you set up your desktop, to how you use your break times, and even how you meet with your boss. Ways to bring mindfulness into every moment so that you show up at work, you spend your time at work, and you go home from work being your best self, connected, grounded, and mindful.
