In this audio and video guide to Mindful Workdays, we'll walk you through short mindfulness meditations and science-backed exercises for your daily routine to help you feel more at ease and in control of your mental health throughout the workday and beyond. Then we'll offer practices to help you truly unwind from the day once you're off the clock. The total length of this course is about 25 minutes. You can watch it all the way through or pick and choose short exercises when you need them most throughout the day. And no worries if you've never meditated before. We'll walk you through every step.
